Job Description

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and optimize machine learning models to address business challenges.
Collect, clean, and preprocess data to ensure high-quality AI model input.
Evaluate model performance and iterate designs for improved accuracy.
Deploy machine learning models in production, ensuring scalability and reliability.
Prepare technical documents of model architectures and methodologies.
Stay updated on AI advancements and apply new techniques to banking projects.
Troubleshoot issues related to data quality and model performance.
Provide training and support for end-users on AI tools and models.
Requirements

Technical Skills

At least 3 years of solid experience in AI development or data science.
Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, React, Vue
Working experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Scikit-learn.
Strong data manipulation skills using libraries like Pandas and NumPy.
Solid understanding of statistical methods applied in AI algorithms.
Familiarity with NLP concepts and techniques, including tokenization and text generation.
Working experience in LLM frameworks, including Hugging Face Transformers and OpenAI API.
Knowledge of LLM architecture (e.g., transformers) and experience with API integration.
