Job Responsibilities:
Prepare, review and coordinate meetings materials and ensure full compliance with the corporate and statutory requirements.
Able to understand the board and government requirements and able to prepare quality papers and presentations to the board and government officials.
Timely manage all correspondences through working with the government and stakeholders on detailed inputs and outputs of follow-ups and issues as required in business operation.
Streamline processes, optimizing operational workflows, enhance the quality of content, and ensure the accuracy of materials and data adopted.
Be a key member to steer the operation’s continuous improvement including but not limited to plan for and implement changes in response to internal and external stakeholders’ recommendations.
Act as a gatekeeper to ensure deliverables and processes are in strict compliance with the company standard.
Provide timely support to the management on business-related tasks.
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or above, preferably in English, Chinese, Translation, or Public Affairs Major.
A minimum of 6 years experience in the government or semi-government entities. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Manager position.
Excellent command of Chinese and English written materials.
Hands-on experience in dealing with government bodies and board. Good knowledge of corporate governance requirements, statutory and regulatory requirements in compiling internal policies, procedures, and manuals.
A team player with strong organizational, planning, and administration skills as well as a high degree of professional maturity.
Detail-oriented, committed to the highest ethical and professional standards; unquestioned discretion in maintaining the confidentiality.
Able to travel occasionally according to business needs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese. Fluent Putonghua is a plus.
Hands-on computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.

The appointment will be on renewable contract terms with a competitive salary and performance-linked variable pay. Fringe benefits include paid leave, medical, insurance coverage and contribution to MPF. The incumbent will normally work a five-day week.
