We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive our sales efforts for international biotechnology exhibition. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional leadership abilities, and knowledge of the biotechnology industry. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maximize exhibitor and sponsorship participation, driving revenue growth, and ensuring a successful event.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to attract exhibitors, sponsors, and partners to the biotechnology exhibition, and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
Identify and build relationships with key industry stakeholders, including biotechnology companies, research institutions, and related businesses, achieve and exceed sales targets by securing booth reservations, sponsorships, and other revenue-generating opportunities.
Lead the sales team, providing guidance, motivation, and coaching to ensure high performance, and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and post-sales support.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Biotechnology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably within the biotechnology or exhibition industry.
Strong understanding of the biotechnology sector, including key players, trends, and challenges.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Demonstrated ability to lead a sales team and meet or exceed targets.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Fluency in in both English and Chinese is required
