We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our R&D team and play a vital role in advancing our core technology through image processing and model training using state-of-the-art deep learning algorithms.

As part of this engaging position, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including image enhancement, image registration, data cleaning with image quality checks, and deep-learning model training for diverse organs and applications. Ensuring the meticulous organization and regular upkeep of training data, code, and trained models in our internal database will be a key aspect of your role to maintain data integrity.

Moreover, you will contribute significantly to our product development efforts by crafting innovative image processing algorithms tailored to enhance product functionality. Your expertise will be crucial in validating these algorithms against our product requirements.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Build, modify, evaluate and optimize machine learning and deep learning models
Design and implement a standardized pipeline for image quality check and data cleaning
Conduct image preprocessing, e.g., image registration, for training machine learning or deep learning models
Collaborate with the product development team to deploy trained model and optimize according to product requirements
Education, Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Science, Data Science, Electronic Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or related disciplines. Holders with Master’s Degree or above are preferred.
Experience in image processing, computer vision, and/or machine learning.
Basic knowledge of laboratory techniques (e.g., microscope, biological sample handling) is a plus.
Programming skills and knowledge in Python, C/C++, MATLAB.
