As part of the global data science and analytics team, you will be a key person to be responsible for four areas, including: Business Analysis and Data Preparation, Data Analysis and Visualization, Data Modeling and ETL Pipeline Development, AI Project and Stakeholder Management.

Lead advanced analytics projects within the Global Supply Chain, transforming data into actionable insights to enhance supply chain operations.
Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements and optimize processes.
Prepare, cleanse, and maintain data from various sources, ensuring high quality and integrity for analytics initiatives.
Analyze complex datasets using statistical methods and machine learning techniques to uncover trends and patterns.
Develop data visualizations, dashboards, and interactive tools to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
Design and implement scalable data models and ETL pipelines, collaborating with data engineering teams for seamless integration.
Drive AI solutions to advance autonomous supply chain initiatives, staying updated with emerging technologies.
Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, manage projects, and present insights to diverse audiences.

Why you?

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Operations Research, or related field.
5+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics, preferably in supply chain or logistics. Less experience will also considered
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Plotly).
Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, GitLab).
