Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical support & trouble shooting of medical equipment to healthcare professionals
Assist healthcare professionals to become familiarized with the medical equipment in terms of product features and usage
Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term collaborations including distributors and healthcare professionals
Organize and conduct training to healthcare professionals to improve the benefits derived from products and/or services
Respond promptly to product and service inquiries, ensuring thorough follow-up on outstanding issues
Relay customer feedback on existing products and insights for potential new product development to the company
Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends by participating in workshops, training, and conferences
Participate in case reviews – attend procedures in operating rooms of the hospital when needed
Perform field calls for the accounts and assigned territory, including being “on-call”.
Pre-Requisites (Qualifications & Experience)
Diploma or Degree in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Medical Technology, or a related field
Previous experience in sales or technical support for medical devices is an added advantage
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Knowledge of the Operating Room environment is highly desirable
Must be able to work overtime as and when required (includes weekends)
High level of confidence and comfort in various health care/medical settings and environments (i.e. hospitals long-term care, mental health facilities, private clinics
Strong initiative, personal drive and motivation.
