Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Data AnalyticsAnalyze and implement strategies for data collection, extraction, pre-processing and visualization
Collaborating with business, data and tech to initialize projects, develop product features, and improve data and output quality
Design and develop data reporting dashboards, analysis and provide insights and recommendations based on data
AI/ML researchSupport the research and development appropriate AI/ML use cases with models and algorithms for various projects
Assist in optimizing and fine-tuning AI/ML models to improve performance and efficiency
Present data insights through visualization eg. charts, graphs and dashboards to make them more understandable
Document and communicate the technical details, progress, and results to team members and stakeholders
Identify market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science/ Business Analytics / eCommerce / Business Administration or relevant discipline
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Digital, Data analytics, AI/ ML or project management roles
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to define problems, analyze data, and draw meaningful conclusions
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools: Tableau, QlikSense or PowerBI
Proficient in structured query & programming language is a plus
Experience with popular AI/ML frameworks and libraries, generative AI, large language models, machine learning, and retrieval augmented generation
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to diverse audiences
Self-motivated and results-oriented individual with an inquisitive mindset
Able to work independently in a dynamic environment with assigned timelines
