About the Role

Manage a skilled team responsible for routine inspections and repairs in the workshops, focusing on critical areas such as mechanical, electrical, and bodywork.
Strategically promote ongoing enhancements in efficiency, quality, and turnaround time to uphold exceptional workmanship standards.
Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies to ensure the reliability of the company’s vehicles and equipment.
Supervise the annual regulatory inspections, ensuring compliance with regulations and smooth operations.
Work closely with machine manufacturers and parts suppliers to implement recommended maintenance schedules while fostering strong partnerships.
Advocate for a strong commitment to health and safety practices, engineering regulations, and company policies.
Encourage effective communication among team members to facilitate seamless collaboration.
Stay updated on industry developments, continuously enhancing your engineering expertise to remain competitive.
Ensure timely and precise completion of engineering documentation, maintaining high standards of record-keeping.
The Successful Applicant

Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive Engineering, or a related discipline
5-8 years of experience in engineering field or maintenance workshop operations
A passion for developing others to enhance overall team efficiency
Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with government bodies, internal teams, and external partners
Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
