Job Description
Job responsibility:
Innovative Solution Development: Identify, propose, and implement forward-thinking ideas and solutions to enhance construction project outcomes
Research and Development: Lead the research and development of digital solutions, encompassing prototyping, testing, deployment, and continuous monitoring of new technologies
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with project teams to ascertain user requirements, and facilitate the installation, operation, and maintenance of digital tools
Data Integrity Assurance: Conduct rigorous sensors and data pipeline testing to ensure data integrity, reliability, and stability
Vendor Management and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Oversee vendor relationships and engage in cross-functional collaboration to drive the successful implementation of IoT solutions
Data Analytics for Strategic Insights: Perform comprehensive data analysis to derive actionable business insights, empowering management to make informed and data-driven decisions
Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, STEM-related discipline OR Construction background with strong innovation & technology interest
Basic knowledge of different connectivity protocols, e.g. LoRa, NB-IoT, BLE, Wi-Fi
Experience in AWS platform, services and tools
Hands-on experience in IoT projects is preferred
Good command of written and spoken Mandarin and English
Work experience in hardware, software, IT, and engineering environments is an added advantage
Prior digital project experience would be an advantage
Self-motivated fast-learning, flexible, tech savvy.
Passion for learning new technologies with an innovative mindset
Regular travel to local construction sites
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Digital Engineer
