Job Description
Responsibilities:
Assist in the deployment and testing of new systems and technologies.
Evaluating customer requirements and developing technical proposal & solution in the engineering environment
Reviewing research and development activities of Smart sensor applications for various industries such as transport, manufacturing and logistics, etc.
Resolving technical problems relative to machine vision systems, technology research and development, IP development of core technologies.
Analyze and troubleshoot complex system, software, and network issues.
Escalate and collaborate with relevant oversea support teams for resolution.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of troubleshooting procedures.
Analyze existing support processes and recommend improvements.
Contribute to the development of new support workflows and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes.
Collaborate with oversea project teams to provide technical support and expertise.
Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in person.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Science or Engineering disciplines from local universities
Strong interest in Control, Automation and Instrumentation discipline and sensor technologies
3 years of Experience in automation system design, example, robotics, machinery and machine vision, etc.
With PLC/SCADA programming experience
On-site Testing, Installation and commissioning is needed
Willing to learn new technologies/initiatives and sensitive on market trend
Knowledge with computer programming, example, C/C++, Python, Java is preferred
Office Location: Kwun Tong
