Job Description

Responsibilities of a Senior Recruitment Consultant – Property Construction Engineering:

Identifying and pursuing new business within End-to-End PCE sectors across all industries
Building and maintaining relationships with key accounts
Driving search campaigns to secure high caliber candidates for clients
Sourcing, screening and briefing candidates for appropriate positions
Taking responsibility for candidate care and keeping in regular contact with our candidates

Requirements:

University Degree Graduate
Excellent Communication skills – English, Chinese
Hunter attitude, with proven ability to generate new business in the region
Effective account management skills, working with SME, Contractors, and Multinational organizations
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and a desire to succeed and add value to our clients’ employee base
Positive attitude
HK Permanent Resident
Candidates with less experience will be considered for Recruitment Consultant role
